GTM Qualification Checklist
The pages in the Emergency Services dropdown menu explain what you need to complete your GTM qualification(s).
This will earn the GTM badges: a silver pin for your blues and a navy-and-silver embroidered patch for your ABUs.
Order these from Vanguard after you are approved for the qualification.
- Ground Team Member Level 3 (GTM3) is the first, basic level.
This will earn the GTM Basic badges above. - Ground Team Member Level 2 (GTM2) adds more advanced tasks.
No new badges here. - Ground Team Member Level 1 (GTM1) requires the ability to lead.
This earns the GTM Senior badges (has a star above the wreath). - Ground Team Leader (GTL)--must be age 18+.
This earns the GTM Master badges (has a star inside a circle above the wreath).

These are required to earn the qualification, but not all of these are required to participate in training!
Check with the host as it depends on the type and duration of the exercise.
