General Emergency Services (GES) Training

This is required before pursuing other Emergency Services training.

Introductory Communications User Training (ICUT)

This is required to operate a CAP radio.

101 Card

This card shows mission staff at a glance what you are currently qualified to do when you sign in for a mission and is required before you can begin any hands-on training in emergency services. You must carry your CAPF 101 Card and your CAP ID when participating in Emergency Services Search and Rescue training exercises.

24 & 72 Hour Packs

This is a list of the equipment and supplies you will need to participate in Ground Team operations in a real-world or simulated (training) Emergency Services mission.

Specialty Qualification Training Records (SQTR)

The Specialty Qualification Training Records (SQTR) tell you which Tasks you need to do to complete/renew any given Operations Qualification.

Additional Coursework & Hands-On Training

These courses and training exercises will help you complete the Operations Qualifications you need to serve on Ground Teams and more.
